Returns & Exchanges
Our collection is intentionally small. Each item is selected for usefulness, material integrity, and the quiet satisfaction that comes from objects made to be kept and used for many years.
If something does not feel right once it arrives, we are always happy to help.
Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- Returned with all original packaging and included materials
Items showing signs of use, wear, or alteration may not be accepted.
Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange for the same item, we will gladly assist, subject to availability.

Damaged or incorrect items
While we take care in packing and fulfillment, mistakes can occasionally occur.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include a photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of:
- A damaged item
- An error in fulfillment
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.
Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Personal care items once opened or used
- Items marked Final Sale
- Gift cards
